Spotted… a new blogger
Before I get started one major statement has to break the ice…
GOSSIP GIRL SEASON 2…DAYS AWAY!!! AHHHH!
Excellent, that needed to come out! hello again, my name is Shorey (lets stick with calling me ShorStar) and I am a small town gal trying to make it in the “big bad city”! I adore the colour purple and find myself buying anything purple without properly examining the logic of the purchase…it is an obsession. I’m a huge fan of music, the media, city life and most importantly of course, Gossip Girl!
Right away I can tell you that we already have something in common…our love for the elite members of the Upper east Side! The reason as to why I adore gossip girl, is an answer far too common…
“I loved, loved, loved the O.C., and knew I’d love GG too!”
“I read the books, they are fantastic and the show is all time!”
“Chace Crawford is so hot it actually pains me”….etc
However, I am also a cheeseball at heart and I totally buy into the entire “fantasy” world of the Upper East Side. It’s as if I somehow believe people actually lead lives like that? What I am saying is the show is simply fantastic and I eat up every little moment. Don’t get me wrong I will make a call out if something doesn’t quite fit but for the most part I am beyond excited for every twist and turn made in Gossip Girl…
Beyond that I am always up-to-date with the real gossip filling the lives of the ‘Gossip Girl’ crew! I read a celebrity gossip rag like it’s my bible (…but don’t we all?), it comes down to the fact that their lives are beyond entertaining and worth writing about if it gets people talking…
Like all of you I CANNOT wait any longer for the new season to begin!
