Hey Everyone! Since I’m going to be spending many a day with you I figure it’s only right that we get acquainted. So, let’s start with the basics shall we?

Who: Haylz
What: Gossip Girl Blogger
When: Began: August 26th, 2008…Be expecting posts quite frequently…maybe the day before an episode, the day after…in reality, whenever I have the urge to dish on the latest G.G. news. (Which will be *always*) =p
Where: Here of course! The same Gossip Girl site, the same Gossip Girl time. From my computer to yours!
Why: I’m a fan, love the show, I’m addicted! G.G. is my anti-drug! I’m sure all of you feel the same way, so I’m reaching out to each and every one of you!
How: With my pretty little fingers, powered by the love of Gossip Girl within me! lol!

So, now that I’ve shared all that, I’ll take it a step further:

I am 19, and turning 20 in November, studying Journalism Broadcast in school, and oh yeah…COMPLETELY ADDICTED TO GOSSIP GIRL! Gossip Girl flows through my veins and sustains my life! Each week I eagerly anticipate the next episode and nearly died when the writer’s strike took place and I couldn’t get my Gossip Girl fix! Clearly it goes without saying that I love everything Gossip Girl.

From the cast to the clothing, I can not get enough! Obsessed? Perhaps, but can you blame me? G.G. is the ultimate show! It’s jam-packed with drama, and a rollercoaster of fun and suspense! I love this show! I feel like Gossip Girl and I are intertwined as one! I think I’m also in love with this show because of the novels! I began reading them way back when and got hooked, it’s that simple.

Also because of my other love, “The O.C.” which is pretty much the older sister to Gossip Girl and created by the same makers of The O.C. The end of The O.C. which had me teary-eyed was just the beginning of my obsession with Gossip Girl. I mean who wouldn’t love this show it has all the makings of a hit: sex, drugs, money, beautiful people, and fashion…and of course where those things are found, drama is lurking around the corner! An award winning show in every sense of the word!

Am I biased? Maybe, but what can I say…’til death do us part…we’re deeply involved. I hope to bring my love for the show out in writing for you all to see and connect with. I’ll be discussing the show, the books, the latest juice on the cast, and all the behind-the-scenes drama, even some fun tidbits I find interesting. I’ll share it all!
